Mastermind Groups

My Master Mind and Coaching Groups are for leaders who want to challenge themselves to move to the next level of success by surrounding themselves with a high calibre group of peers.

You should choose a Master Mind group or group coaching if you:

Learn best in a group environment

Want to share your development journey with a like minded group of peers

Want to be able to learn from peers and share ideas and best practice

Want to build a network which will provide on-going support for your development

Want a group of peers who can act as a confidential sounding board

As a result of their membership of these groups, leaders:

  • Rapidly accelerate their growth through collaborative intelligence

  • Breakthrough to new levels of success (get out of their comfort zones)

  • Build a trusted community in which they can share their fears, vulnerabilities and find ways to get beyond them

  • Share an environment in which they are challenged and held accountable

     

  • Share new ideas and ways of thinking with people who are also working on their business, learning and growing

The format of the coaching group or Master Mind will be agreed with the group members but will include a monthly teleconference; between 2 and 4 face to face meetings and an on-line members site. The duration will usually be for 12 months and membership will be limited to 10 people. Members are selected through an application process.
