Mental Fitness and Wellbeing coaching

Mental Fitness and Wellbeing coaching is something I have included in my coaching right from the start, but I haven’t separated it out from leadership coaching. Having burnt out myself in 2000 when I had breast cancer, I understand only too well the impact this has and how long it takes to recover.

Through offering this sort of coaching my aim is to help others to avoid burning out and experiencing the sort of wakeup call I had. I am a Cognomie Certified Mental Fitness Coach which allows me to support you in building mental fitness, resilience and an overall sense of wellbeing which ensures they thrive in all areas of their life – you thrive in all areas of your life. It includes coaching people to overcome Imposter Syndrome and issues with self-esteem and confidence.

The sort of outcomes my clients get from mental fitness and wellbeing coaching are:

  • How to build their own confidence and self-esteem
  • Ability to interrupt the stress response and choose how to respond rather that automatically react to situations
  • How to manage their psychological and emotional state
  • Identification of the three pillars that support wellbeing – mine are meditation, healthy food and exercise
  • An understanding of how to keep your brain healthy and have neuro-agility
  • How to have a definition of success that enables your relationship with yourself, your significant other/family and work to co-exist in reasonable balance
  • How to build a healthy sleep routine into our life
  • How to prevent/recover from burnout
  • How to flourish and thrive even in VUCA times
